Both of those brands and a few others all make a variety of excellent friction shoes. I'm currently using La Sportiva Cobras for everything. That's a unisex intermediate/ advanced model. A very nice choice if it fits your foot. That's the key really... try on few options and go with whatever fits best and has the extra features you're looking for.

Or if you're happy with your current shoes, just replace them with a new pair of the same. That's what I did the last 2 times. But then I'm a guy... I don't like shopping. And the fact that the Cobras are fugly orange doesn't bother me.

The only downside with the Cobras - and any intermediate/ advanced shoe that's good for bouldering - is that they're not comfy for extended periods of time. One of the features that I personally look for is a slipper or velcro model.
