Pytanie: I broke my 2,3,4 metatarsals (foot) Dec 6th. Maybe be back Rock Climbing by March 1?

probably but that would depend on ur actual body some ppl heal faster than others........u should ask ur doctor this question .....and also ask him if he suggest any vitamin re-gamins that will help u heal faster....

The metatarsals will have healed by the time the cast is removed, but this is generally followed by a period physical therapy before you regain full strength. With three broken bones, odds are you also did damage to the tendons.

Bouldering by March 1st - including dynamic moves where you place more than your full body weight on a few toes, and performing toe hooks - is hoping for quite a lot.

Consult with your doctor - he's seen the X-rays.
