Pytanie: How do you recover your grip faster than usual?

Answer #1:

I would take more protien and arnica montana which will heal muscle faster

Answer #2:

Vitamin C, Glucousamine, and Potassium all help with recovery. Also, you need to stretch them. Push your hands together in front of you..palms together. Then point your fingers downward and push together the backs of your hands.

Eat what you want when you want, drink a lot of water, and stretch, especially in the morning.
