I haven't been, but it's on my bucket list to check out Yosemite National Park.

The Shawnagunks in New Paltz, NY has a fairly developed Bouldering community and guide.

If your in the Area, there are lots of glacial arratics in and around the White Mountains of New Hampshire and a guide. I'm not sure I'm make the trip from far but there are many new routes being put up and the area has lots more to do as well.
